I have been a customer of Trevizo Lawn Service for 4 years and could not be happier. Israel Trevizo is 100% reliable. He mows my grass and does spring and fall cleanups. He is super responsive and communicative. If he thinks the grass has not grown much, he will check in via email to see if I want to skip a week of mowing. If it is too wet to mow, he'll give me a heads up about that. He asks if I want him to bag my fall leaves or leave them on the curb for the leaf vacuum. If he is leaving them on the curb, he monitors the leaf vacuum schedule in my neighborhood and times his visits so that my leaves don't sit out too long. He sends invoices through Quickbooks and you can pay online, which is convenient. He is careful in his work. A previous lawn service would regularly damage my vinyl fence posts with the weed whacker. Israel has never done that. He keeps my yard looking neat and tidy and is an absolute pleasure to work with.

This will be our 3rd season with Israel taking care of our home lawn. I have checked all of the boxes about his work: Good quality, Good value, Professional, Responsive, and On Time. I would add to that personal and hard working. Because he is always willing (knowing he is on a tight deadline at times) to stop and chat about family and life. His price is extremely reasonable. Also, if we let him know the lawn is in a dormant state or hasn't rained in awhile (we don't water our lawn) he will skip that week(s). That saves money over the summer grass cutting season. We also have had him aerate the lawn. Highly recommend.

Trevizo Lawn Care did a great job maintaining our lawn last year. They were good communicators and even suggested no services be provided when it got hot, and mowing would kill off the grass. Others on the block weren’t so lucky and had brown lawns after other mowing services cut! Definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for lawn service.
